Seeking Compassionate Carers

We're looking for carers to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need, by helping them maintain their independence.

 

Position: Healthcare Assistant (Carer)

Location: Chalfont St Peter and surrounding areas

Shifts: Variety of daytime and evening available with guaranteed hours including travel time

Pay Rate: £11.38 per hour plus mileage (increasing based on qualifications)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients within their own home, assisting with daily activities and tasks
  • Build strong rapport and meaningful relationships with clients, fostering a sense of trust and companionship
  • Administer medication and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans
  • Document client progress, observations, and any relevant information accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be a driver as travel between client’s homes is required
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals with diverse needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing situations
  • Willingness to undergo necessary training and certifications
  • Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or related fields is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided
